Welcome to the 2017 Fall Conference online registration page – To begin your registration, please select the registration option/s that best suit you; Full Registration gives you access to all events and meals, where-as everything below that is an “A La Carte” option is individually available for your own scheduling convenience. Please fill out the form to the best of your ability and select “Check Out with PayPal” – Visa, American Express, and Master Card are accepted. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.  No guarantee of meal preference on bookings made after October 15th.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 5 working days (i.e October 27th) prior to the conference date to be eligible for a refund.
  2. A cancellation fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.
  3. If you register for the conference and do not attend, you are liable for the full amount paid unless you cancel according to the terms stated above (point 1).
  4. NSF cheques are subject to a $45 NSF charge payable upon notification of the NSF by the District Treasurer or Registration Chair.
